Cold beverages such as orange, apple, or peach juice come alive when infused with sprigs of thyme blossoms. Or simple add a few sprigs of thyme flowers to iced carbonated or spring water, ½ teaspoon agave syrup, and a little fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice.
