Cheese Dip with Fresh Vegetables

This cheese dip recipe is easy to prepare and also makes an excellent chip dip. Try the dip recipe as a filling for an omlette!  Although it should be made in advance it is good when it is served just after making it.

Blend in a small bowl:

8 ounces of cream cheese
1 ½ teaspoon Fuller's Paravangna Blend
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add 2-3 tablespoons milk or water to the cream cheese mixture until it is soften and the consistency of a dip.  Allow the mixture to chill for about 30 minutes.

Serve with:
Mini carrot sticks
Broccoli and cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
Celery sticks
Jicama sticks
