This is a hot tip for making those BBQ patties or ground beef mixtures taste really great! Use this recipe to spice up your ground meats (beef, turkey, pork or lamb) by adding your favorite Fuller's Herb Blend. If you want to develop the flavor more allow to sit in the refrigerator 1-2 hours prior to cooking or just cook after adding- you will get great results either way.
- 2 tsp Fuller’s Beaujolais, Sage or Paravangna Blend
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound of ground beef, turkey, pork or lamb
Add all the ingredients to ground meat and mix. Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours or use immediately. Cook as desired (BBQ, broil, or fry.)
